
The 5th Annual SALAS Regional Conference will be held at the Singapore Raffles Town Club on the 3rd-4th Dec 2009.
The Conference this year will feature a host of 18 Invited International and Singapore Speakers presenting in 4 scientific sessions. Topics will cover:
- Animal Management and Welfare
- Animal Learning and Behaviour
- Experimental Animal Models
- Work Experiences in International Animal Facilities
- Scientific Techniques used in Animal Studies
- and more.
Our Annual Poster Exhibit and Poster Competition will also be held during the Conference. In addition, this year SALAS in association with Temasek Polytechnic will be hosting an Essay Competition to promote student awareness of the role of animals in research. The Prize Presentation for successful entries will be presented during the conference.
