Inaugural SALAS Prawn Fishing Competition and Barbecue will be held at East Coast Prawning http://eastcoastprawning.blogspot.com . The tentative date for this event is for the 1st of August 2009
Inaugural SALAS Prawn Fishing Competition and Family Day, 1st Aug 11am-2pm
- Event sponsored by SALAS, a new low price of $15 for SALAS Members and $25 for non-members.
- 3 hours rental of rods and 2 fresh-water fishing ponds.
- Barbecue pit for freshly caught prawns.
- Team Competition (3 people), $120 NTUC Voucher Prize. Winning group has the most prawns caught.
- Individual Competition, $60 NTUC Voucher Prize. Most prawns caught.
- Excellent family day and opportunity to meet everyone in SALAS.
